Any timeline shared by Quick Business Solutions LLC is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion time unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Customer Information Required

To deliver services, Quick Business Solutions LLC may request information such as:

QuickBooks, Intuit, payment gateways, banks, hosting providers, email providers, internet service providers, and other third-party platforms may affect service delivery.

Quick Business Solutions LLC does not control third-party software availability, software updates, account restrictions, product changes, pricing changes, technical outages, login issues, payment gateway decisions, or support policies.

Service delivery may be delayed or limited when a third-party system is unavailable, restricted, changed, or experiencing technical issues.

Installation and Setup Services

For installation and setup-related services, Quick Business Solutions LLC may provide guidance related to starting setup, reviewing requirements, configuring basic settings, organizing users, preparing account structures, and helping customers understand next steps.

Service delivery does not guarantee that every customer system, file, account, or device will be compatible or error-free.

Customers are responsible for maintaining backups before any migration-related activity. Quick Business Solutions LLC is not responsible for data loss caused by missing backups, inaccurate customer data, corrupted files, third-party software limitations, customer error, or unauthorized account access.

Bookkeeping and Payroll-Related Support

Bookkeeping support and payroll-related support guidance are provided for general business-support purposes only. These services do not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, payroll compliance, or financial advice.

Customers should consult qualified accountants, payroll professionals, tax advisors, or legal professionals for advice specific to their business, tax, payroll, accounting, or compliance situation.

Service Completion

A service may be considered completed when:

  • The requested guidance has been provided

  • Setup or support steps have been completed within the agreed scope

  • Troubleshooting guidance has been delivered

  • Migration guidance has been provided

  • The customer has received the agreed support information

  • Follow-up instructions have been shared

  • The support team reasonably determines that the service scope has been fulfilled

If additional work is required beyond the original scope, Quick Business Solutions LLC may provide a revised quote, additional service option, or next-step recommendation.

Delays and Rescheduling

Service delivery may be delayed due to:

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and service adjustments are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, Payment Verification Policy, and applicable order terms.

If service delivery has already started, refund eligibility may be limited based on the work completed, time spent, service scope, and nature of the service provided.
